🧭 What This Is

We are building a small-scale Organic Homestead Club focused on:

• Local food production

• Shared land and resources

• Independent growers and makers

• Real participation

Instead of one person trying to do everything,
we bring together people who each take responsibility for a piece.
 

🏡 Live on the Land

We offer a limited number of living spaces:

• Tiny house lots

• 2 Bed Apartment

• Shared House

But living here comes with a purpose:

You are part of the homestead.
 

🔧 How It Works

There are two ways to be involved on-site:

🌾 Live / Work

Run a homesteading activity or small agribusiness
and build something of your own.

🤝 Live / Volunteer

Support the homestead by contributing
at least one full day per week.
 

🌿 What We Value

• Organic growing practices

• No synthetic chemicals

• Local food for local people

• Consistent participation

• Personal responsibility

• Collaboration over isolation
   

⚠️ Not for Everyone

This is not:

• A vacation rental

• A passive tiny home community

• A place to “try it out” without commitment

This is:

• A working homestead

• A shared system

• A place for people who show up
   

🌾 Why This Matters

Food systems are fragile.

Most people don’t know how to grow their own food.
Most farmers are doing it alone.

We are building something different:

A decentralized homestead
where people work together,
support each other,
and produce real food.
 

📍 Limited Space

There are only a handful of spots available.

We are intentionally building this with the right people—not more people.
